Terms of use.

By using Anchor you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Anchor is a software interface that lets you create and trade tokens on the Solana blockchain through Raydium LaunchLab, and view information about the products behind them. Anchor is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally allowed to use digital-asset services. You may not use Anchor if you are subject to sanctions or located where such use is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Wallets & transactions

You use your own self-custodial wallet. Anchor never holds your keys or funds and cannot reverse, cancel or refund transactions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every transaction your wallet presents.

Network, protocol, platform and creator fees apply as described in the documentation.

4. Creator obligations

If you launch a token, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to describe the product and revenue you list, and that your launch complies with applicable law, including securities and consumer-protection rules.

You alone are responsible for any revenue agreement you publish and for fulfilling it. Anchor does not enforce agreements or guarantee distributions.

5. Prohibited use

  • Fraud, market manipulation or misleading claims about revenue.
  • Impersonating another person, business or project.
  • Infringing intellectual property.
  • Interfering with or attacking the service, its infrastructure or other users.
  • Money laundering or financing illegal activity.

6. Information & listings

Market data is read from public blockchains. Revenue information is supplied by creators and labelled by its level of evidence. Anchor may hide or delist markets from its interface at its discretion; this does not affect tokens onchain.

7. Risk

Digital assets are highly volatile and can lose all value. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Nothing on Anchor is investment, legal or tax advice. Review the risk disclosure before using the service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from blockchain networks, third-party protocols, wallets or your own actions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through Anchor's official channels.
